CTP Company Services
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of stslegacysupport.co.uk and enquiries made to CTP Company Services, owned by Gareth Morgan. The business address is Bryn Ivor, Twyn Gwyn Road, Cwmfelinfach, Near Newport, Gwent, UK.
2. Enquiries are not orders
Adding a service or part to the enquiry basket and submitting a form requests information or a quotation only. It does not create an order or oblige either party to proceed. A contract is formed only when the customer accepts a written quotation or other written proposal from CTP Company Services and any stated payment or purchase-order requirements are satisfied.
3. Quotations
Each quotation will define the goods or services, price, currency, taxes where applicable, delivery or insurance charges, payment terms, validity period and expected timescale. Unless a quotation says otherwise, availability and suitability remain subject to confirmation.
4. Customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, machine, serial-number, fault, operating and delivery information. Photographs, videos and technical records should be supplied only where the customer is authorised to share them.
5. Technical support and safety
Remote advice depends on the information and evidence available. Customers remain responsible for site safety, isolation procedures, risk assessments, competent personnel, regulatory compliance and deciding whether work can be performed safely. No instruction should be followed where it conflicts with the machine documentation, local rules or applicable law.
6. Remote Service Agreements
Members-only technical enquiries require a current Remote Service Agreement and an authorised email address. The individual quotation and agreement describe the scope, duration, renewal date and any service limitations. Those specific written terms take priority if they conflict with this general page.
7. Parts, repairs and delivery
Legacy parts may be new, refurbished, repaired or sourced to order, as stated in the quotation. Compatibility must be confirmed against the machine and serial number. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Title, delivery risk, inspection, returns and warranty arrangements will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
8. Manuals and training materials
Technical manuals and training materials are supplied for the customer’s authorised internal use. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners. Materials must not be copied, resold, published or distributed unless written permission or applicable law allows it.
9. Cancellation and statutory rights
Cancellation, rescheduling and returns depend on the accepted quotation, including whether goods were specially sourced or work has already begun. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers, where applicable, retain their statutory rights.
10. Website availability and information
Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate, but legacy references, availability and applications must be confirmed before purchase or use. The website may be changed, suspended or temporarily unavailable without notice.
11. Liability
Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, liability for a particular supply will be governed by the accepted quotation or agreement and applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a customer elsewhere.
